OPTION #1: Exam Only

     Proctored Exams for ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification are held every month. These sessions are listed on the schedule. You must preregister for this option.

OPTION #2: Existing Class Exam Session
     Proctored Exams occur at any scheduled Food Safety Manager Course on the schedule and are administered at approximately 3:00PM. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the exam. You must preregister for this option.
